If you must return a product because it is defective, please
contact a customer service representative for a return authorization.
All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please,
double check all garments before you print them. We cannot
accept goods that were mis-shipped or improperly packaged
by the factory or us once they are printed. If we are drop-shipping
goods for you to a contract decorator, you must give them
specific instructions on the goods they are supposed to be
receiving.
